Mark Higgins

Mark L. Higgins received a four-year scholarship to the University of California Berkeley were he earned a bachelor’s degree in 1995. After graduation, he moved to Los Angeles to work with Virgin Records, Inc. as an assistant to the Director of Marketing.

In 1998, Mr. Higgins accepted a position with J.P. Morgan’s Global Investor Services Group, maintaining and monitoring over $300 Billion in assets for California domiciled insurance companies. In 1999, he moved into J.P. Morgan’s Private Banking business as a Junior Banker, providing wealth advisory services, managing over $1.5 Billion in personal assets for high net worth individuals and wealthy families.

Currently, Mr. Higgins is CEO of Top Tier Management, an entertainment management company, focusing on both client and business management.
