Victor Reed has over twenty-five years of production experience in entertainment that has equipped him with a multitude of skills, where he shares those skills with Endorse Peace in the position of Event Coordinator and Production Management.

From 1978 to present, Victor has demonstrated an exceptional facility for meeting organizational objectives and demands. In addition to production skills, Victor is an adept event planner, having served as the director and manager of stage coordinator for many prominent musicians and television shows. His skills as event planner have often been utilized by employers; entrusted with budgeting, tour leading, managing staffs of more than 100 people, accommodating personal artist requests and needs, and other hospitality services for both artists and patrons. Victor has worked as production manager, tour coordinator, and/ or event planner for several artists, television programs, special events and festivals, including: Jay Z, Usher, Mary J Blige, The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Today Show, and many more.
